He wakes up about 3am and traditionally this is when his ritual begins. He feels a tingle crawling up his leg. There were a couple bite marks. They were swollen and swollen, swollen, red.
He did the demon, the demon bite. Da da da demon, the demon bite…
He opens up the door to the cellar below and he walks up to a crucifix of Marilyn Monroe. Her eyes start to bleed. She tells him “take a couple nembutal, it's all that you'll need, that you'll need.
He did the demon. The demon bite. Da da da da demon, the demon bite…
“Claude Treme, Madame Lalaurie, and Michael Brown…”
He did the demon. The demon bite. Da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, the demon bite…
With its debut album, this young band from Vienna follows the footsteps of honorable Austrian prog masters like "Matter Of Taste". The music on this concept album is not of the kind I'd call particularly innovative - it travels pretty much on well known roads paved by many others long ago. However, these youngsters do it in a highly pleasant way, skillfully avoiding the pitfalls of pseudo-progressive phrase rehashing most of the time - certainly more successfully so than several of their experienced grand paragons of prog.
